Our History
After his own suicidal experience, Trey Etheridge invited four men into his living room in Melbourne, Florida in 2016. Together, they decided enough was enough. They realized they had never been truly real about their struggles, their faith, or the spiritual leadership God was calling them into. That brotherhood became MPACT Ministries (Men Passionate About Christ).
Today, MPACT reaches men through small groups, digital content, podcasts, events, conferences, and collaborations with churches, Christian speakers, and worship artists—sharing a message of healing and redemption through God’s unconditional grace, even in our imperfections.
In 2020, after much prayer and counsel, Trey and his wife Donna made the decision for him to step away from a 27-year corporate career and commit full-time to helping men discover grace, one man at a time, through MPACT’s ministry platforms.
